This 50+ unit development covers about half of a city block in Bountiful’s downtown area.  It is a mix of townhomes that front the adjacent single-family neighborhood and apartments that gradually step down to an interior greenspace and drive court.  Parking occurs in private garages, lower level parking structures, and surface stalls.  The apartment buildings feature shared elevated courtyards to provide additional outdoor space that encourage community and interaction.  As a larger scale infill multi-family project, the mix of unit types and building scales seeks to complement the established neighborhood while providing much needed housing options.
