900 South Addition

The owner of this single-family residence in an established Salt Lake City neighborhood wanted to add a Garage/Workshop with Art Studio above and Gear Storage.  While exploring and refining several options together, we took this project as an opportunity to also improve the rear yard and outdoor spaces with a Deck and Patio that complement some of the home’s existing Southwest features.  A new stair connects all three levels, and a new entrance provides a small, light-filled home workstation.  We are also considering relocation of the Art Studio and instead making a full Primary Bedroom Suite above the Garage.
