Bridge + Yard

This apartment building and development of a downtown corner lot is the creative solution to some fairly prescriptive zoning regulations that are still in the process of being amended by the municipality.  The building is grounded at the west end by two commercial tenant spaces and a shared entry, lobby, and service core.  The rest of the footprint at street level is dedicated to covered parking, some of which has secure garage access.  The upper three levels of 48 total residential units are a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, each with a private balcony or direct access to a shared courtYARD on the second level.  A glass BRIDGE connects the north and south wings for common access to a main stair and elevator.
