City’s Edge East

City’s Edge is a mix of new construction apartment buildings and townhouses with renovations to two existing 8-plexes.  This project will connect with an existing development to create a new micro-community.  The East 15-unit apartment building is the image for the project and a gateway to the city.  Efficient space-planning was critical to minimize building footprints, fit them comfortably on the site, and provide the required parking for each unit type.  The sloping site allows layering of residential density and parking integrated on different levels.
