Hideout Custom Home 12.1

The original design for this new construction single-family home on an uphill lot in Hideout was a 3-level solution with 5 bedroom suites, maximizing views across Jordanelle Reservoir to Deer Valley and Mount Timpanogos.  But narrow interpretation of the community design guidelines by the HOA disallowed the lowest level being considered a walk-out basement.  Though unfortunate, this design scheme became the basis for an alternative solution with expanded deck and patio space.
