This Accessory Dwelling Unit over Garage on a narrow lot in Salt Lake City drew design inspiration from a previous project that the owners had considered long ago. A simple gable form clad in vertical wood sits atop another simple form clad with horizontal lap siding. An extended roof rake covers the stair run, landing, and a hot tub below.
