Double Take

This low-rise multi-family infill development straddles two narrow properties in a downtown area, with a shared driveway serving both buildings.  Consistent with the jurisdiction’s requirements for building height and proportions, the design intent is to provide a transition in streetscape massing and composition from nearby single-family residential neighborhoods to the adjacent Main Street corridor.  Still early in conceptual design, the building sides and rear are in development.
