City Walk

This new-construction multi-family development in North Salt Lake is composed of duplex units surrounding a shared courtyard.  Though based on the same 3-bedroom floor plan, there are two unique duplex types with their own exterior variations.  Composition, material selection, and consistent details provide a cohesive aesthetic.  The project design establishes a street frontage in response to the established neighborhood context, consolidates the site’s outdoor space into a large communal yard, and screens noises and views of the adjacent highway.
