Tyler Street Addition

A major renovation and addition to the childhood home of one of the Owners, this house holds memories and nostalgia for family gathering in the front Living Room.  While the main elements of that space are preserved, significant changes to the Main Level layout and a finished Basement will support their current needs and goals.  A new Primary Bedroom Suite is added above the original footprint and overlooks the Kitchen and Living below.  The Dining Room opens out to a new Deck and Patio.  Light, view, and volume are themes of this project.
